From inquiry to container: a normal export timeline
A clear inquiry can be priced quickly. The weeks sit in the drawing, the coating batch, and the packing list, not in the inbox.
Buyers ask how fast a factory can ship. The honest split is simple. A complete inquiry is answered quickly. An incomplete one waits on the missing width. Production then follows the drawing, not the first email.
This is the sequence for a standard export order of pergolas, fences, carports, gates, or awnings.
The inquiry that can be priced
Send the product type, the main sizes, the quantity, the destination, and the finish. A photo helps. A photo alone does not. Our export desk works seven days. The useful reply is a question list when the sizes are missing, and a quotation when they are not.
Drawing, sample, then the batch
You approve a drawing or a sample. Only then does cutting and coating start. Color changes after coating are a new batch. Packing is designed around the approved parts: frames, hardware bags, and any motor cartons, marked so the installer can find them.
What you check before the container closes
Check the packing list against the bay list or the panel list. Check that the coating code on the order matches the sample you signed. Check documents for the destination you named at the start, not a port added in the last week.
If a standard such as EN 1090 must appear on the papers, confirm the model is on the relevant ICR verification. Pergola, fence, gate, and canopy certificates do not cover every product we make.
